An Experience Partner in ACO Management

Justin Brooks knows the struggles that ACOs and their operators face. He founded Arches Advisory Group to help advise and guide ACOs through the challenges unique to their industry.

This knowledge is rooted in six years of experience running Castell Accountable Care, Intermountain Health’s ACO. During his time at Intermountain he helped grow the program into one of the nation's leading ACOs. During his time there, his duties included managing day-to-day operations, establishing compliance programs, managing the organization’s board of directors, evaluating the impact of policy changes, and implementing cost saving programs (wound care). He helped grow the program from a single ACO to a multi-ACO program that comprises participants from six states.

Prior to his work at Intermountain, Justin spent several years in product and marketing management with a healthcare IT solutions firm. He holds a MPA in Healthcare Finance from BYU’s Marriott School of Business.
